As a new patient at One More Step Wellness Center, Dr. Adams will review your complaint (if you have one) as well as your medical history. This information allows her to not only get to know what brought you into the office, but also what your goals are, and consequently, what she can do to help you achieve those goals! Dr. Adams will not only investigate the location of your complaint, but will look further for other potential complicating factors as well as causes for any discomfort you may have. You can also expect to experience a chiropractic exam which will assess the overall functioning of your body, including your muscles, nerves, and joints, including but not limited to your spine!
